The Coordinator, Fundraising Data Services coordinates and supervises operations and provides database and reporting support for the Finance division's processing of gifts and maintenance of fundraising-related data. The position works closely with both the Finance and Advancement divisions and oversees all aspects of gift processing including: donor record maintenance, contribution data entry, receipt generation, and standard and ad hoc reporting. In addition to being a key liaison between Finance and Advancement, the position works within the Finance division with Accounting department staff in processing, accounting for, and analyzing fundraising and other related revenue.

Director, Financial Data Services
Post high school course work, technical degree, associate's degree, business or vocational certificate.
5 years of experience with fundraising databases, data management, and reporting.
Thorough knowledge of fundraising operations and the interrelationship between finance and advancement functions, including applicable IRS and accounting rules and practices.
Knowledge of fundraising databases, both front-end and underlying tables and queries.
Proficiency in Excel
Attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing perspectives
