As a key member of our team, you will provide support for a full range of development and communication activities that enhance the short-term and long-term strategic objectives for our fundraising efforts, including:
Initiating and maintaining key donor and prospect relationships
Assisting with the production and fulfillment of a range of communications over multiple media platforms
Assisting with production of donor cultivation and stewardship communications and events
Conducting donor and prospect research
Assisting with the expenditure process for the Foundation’s funds, database projects, along with Board-related administrative duties as assigned.
Supporting frontline fundraising staff in the production of stewardship and cultivation materials and communications, including collating media, fulfillment, and tracking of donor status.
Associates degree required
One year of direct, relevant, fundraising experience preferred
Knowledge of prospect research tools and donor management databases are a plus
Must be highly proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, Social Media platforms, and the Internet
Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, customer-service focused, and enjoy working with volunteers
Ability to work independently and strong oral/written communication skills
Professional, self-directed, highly motivated, reliable, great attention to detail, with a result’s and solution-oriented perspective, organized, flexible with strong time-management skills
