Annual Giving, Development - General, Donor Relations/Stewardship
Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE)’s Development department is seeking a qualified candidate for a full time Development Coordinator position to join our successful fundraising team. This position will be based out of our central administrative office in Colchester, VT.
The Development Coordinator will manage and execute gift processing, write and produce tailored gift acknowledgments, and assist in a variety of fundraising projects. This position supports the work of the development team by enhancing operations, managing the development volunteers, supervising interns, and providing general event coverage. The ideal candidate will be responsive, have a genuine love of accuracy and details, comfort with computers and general office tasks, have strong customer service skills, and be able to juggle multiple deadlines at once. This position provides a wonderful opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the many aspects of fundraising while working for the leader in reproductive health care in northern New England.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Candidates must have excellent organizational, writing & editing skills, oral communication and customer service experience, strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills and experience with relational databases, Raiser’s Edge preferred.
