NYU's prestigious Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Director of Annual Giving. The Associate Director will be a leading frontline Annual Fund Officer in our efforts to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward our 110,000+ alumni, friends, and parents to increase annual unrestricted financial support as we look to expand our ever-growing pipeline of supporters for Stern's Graduate and Undergraduate students and programs. The Associate Director will also manage several volunteer fundraising committees and collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving and team on frontline fundraising strategy for Stern Annual Fund's cultivation, solicitation, and implementation. This position will functionally supervise two administrators in the Assistant Director, Annual Giving roles.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree along with 3+ years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. The successful candidate will have frontline donor fundraising and leadership experience, volunteer management and strategic thinking skills. Candidate should be a strong communicator and self-starter, collaborative team player and project manager.
