About Hershey Montessori School
Hershey Montessori School (HMS) is the world's first fully immersive education program that most closely replicates Dr. Maria Montessori's acclaimed model for the entire development continuum for children from birth through 18 years with a boarding option. The School offers a comprehensive approach not only to the intellectual development of children, but the emotional and physiological development as well. HMS upholds the pedagogical practices of Association Montessori International (AMI) throughout its programs, which are located at two campuses in Northeastern Ohio. These programs were expanded in 2015 when the school welcomed its inaugural Upper School class. There are currently 292 students enrolled at HMS and over 1,000 alumni. HMS has also impacted over 500 schools globally by hosting the AMI Orientation to Adolescent Studies for teachers at its Huntsburg Campus during the summer months.
