Position Overview: The Kent Place School Advancement Office seeks an Advancement Services Manager. Working alongside the Director of Annual Giving, this full time salaried position serves as the primary database (Raiser's Edge) and prospect data manager in the Advancement Office.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with Advancement and across the organization to collect, manage, and supply data and produce reports using Raiser's Edge. Perform imports and exports for solicitations; manage segmentation, attributes, and other data coding for sophisticated reporting and analysis in support of advancement priorities.
Oversee daily gift processing, including entry, receipt, acknowledgements and reconciliation
Oversee all pledge billing and management Produce donor lists for the annual report and other recognition and stewardship vehicles with the highest level of donor integrity
Implement roll out of Raiser's Edge integrations, modules, and processes
Document and maintain Advancement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with school administrators to ensure relevant student and family information is shared with Advancement staff.
Manage ongoing data system projects associated with internal and external platforms. Train data systems users and support day-to-day data management; monitor work of users to ensure accuracy.
Perform daily/monthly/yearly database maintenance and enhancement of all donor, prospect and other constituent records. Monitor and maintain data accuracy, integrity and security.
Work closely with the Business Office in partnership of gift reporting, gift reconciliation and the annual audit.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, operate independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative and make recommendations

Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and RE NXT
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years' experience in a database management position
Ability to produce high-quality work, meet critical deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
Word processing (including mail merges and formatting of documents), Excel experience (functions for manipulating data, formatting for reports, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to use good judgment in establishing priorities and assessing difficult situations
Ability to work with frequent interruptions
High degree of accuracy, discretion and confidentiality is essential
