Brotherhood Synagogue is seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to serve in the role of Database Administrator. The Database Administrator will be an essential member of the Administrative office and will support the Director of Development, the comptroller as well as the Executive Director and Rabbi. This position is responsible for configuration, implementation and maintaining the integrity of the database in support of fundraising, membership, schools and volunteer activities. The job will require day-to-day operations including mail merges for gift acknowledgments and general mailings as well as financial reporting. The job will also require updating the calendar and the Website as well as some general office duties. This is a small office that requires flexibility and willingness to help as needed.
Salary range $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience

The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a management or administrator role using fundraising databases. (Chaverware preferred but all considered)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
Ability to manage confidential information, multiple priorities and competing deadlines plus maintain an attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with all members of the office staff.
