Reporting to the Chief of Philanthropy/Executive Director of The Fuller Foundation, the Vice President for Development provides leadership and oversight to all Development resources and fundraising efforts, with responsibility for development and implementation of a comprehensive, sustainable funding strategy. The VP will oversee Fuller’s upcoming Capital Campaign. The successful candidate will have broad based development experience in higher education with at least ten years of fundraising in roles of increasing scope and responsibility. Prior experience in managing a large and complex campaign is strongly preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated success in creating and managing a comprehensive development program along with a strong track record in major gift cultivation and solicitation. The successful candidate will have experience working collaboratively with a nonprofit Board. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
