Major Gifts This role is pivotal to the clinical programs that the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network’s (PanCAN) provides to the Pancreatic Cancer community by identifying, cultivating, and soliciting annual gifts to enhance the sustainability of PanCAN’s research, patient and family services, and advocacy programs. As a Major Gift Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships of approximately 125 donors and prospects to reach an annual goal of between $500,000 to $1million and determines the best strategies for effective stewardship of donors. Mid-Level Giving Mid-level donors are the backbone of any fundraising campaign and serves as a bridge between small and major donors. As an Associate Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of the strategic vision of our Partners in Progress Stewardship program; with a portfolio of donors who give any single gift of $1,000 - $10,000 within a 12-month period. Multi-Channel Direct Response We live in a multi-channel connected world, where people receive mail, spend an increasing amount of time online, most still watch TV and read newspapers and magazines. The Associate Director is responsible for the strategy, success, and implementation of multi-channel direct response campaigns that include direct mail, digital, and other direct response channels. In addition, this individual plays a leadership role in the Development team.
