The Stewardship Coordinator assists in the planning and execution of cultivation and stewardship activities, including donor recognition and individual and institutional donor benefits administration. This position is a key member of the Stewardship team and ensures that donors are appreciated, informed and engaged while helping to build a culture of philanthropy. Additionally, this role will work across teams and departments to gather and share information leading to a holistic approach to stewardship of donors at all giving levels.
The successful candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of similar experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse groups of people and work across multiple teams with the ability to be discreet and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to be flexible and successfully prioritize to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Outstanding organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
Demonstrated independent, mature judgment
Strong problem-solving skills combined with a collaborative approach
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel; experience with donor databases required
Must be able to travel between locations (Severance Hall and Blossom Music Center) and be able to occasionally work evening and weekend hours
