United Arts of Central Florida is seeking a seasoned Director of Development to manage and grow our fundraising initiatives. Supported by a team of two, a successful candidate will lead the development function to raise funds in excess of $4 million annually in support art and culture in the four-county metro-Orlando region. This position involves managing individual and corporate gifts, overseeing collaborative annual fundraising campaign, seeking and applying for grant funding, and developing the workplace giving program. Seeking a candidate with at least 7 years of fundraising experience with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the arts a plus.
Established in 1989, United Arts invests nearly $5 million annually into arts and culture throughout the metro-Orlando Region. We support over 60 arts and cultural organizations of all sizes and, through them, provide over 2.9 million arts and cultural experiences, including over 972,000 K-12 student experiences, annually.
