Description: Provides clerical and administrative support for Research and Education Foundation administration and fund development activities.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Research and Education Foundation staff, including data entry/manipulation, maintenance of donor records and communications via telephone and email.
Assist with fundraising initiatives including research of donors and prospects and solicitations for donations from individuals, practice groups and corporations.
Generate thank you letters and birthday cards to donors on a timely basis.
Ensure fulfillment of benefits to donors.
Support Fund Development Team Staff with Personify Reporting and data management including the preparation of Personify reports in support of
Assistant Director and Senior Manager including:
Monthly donor list for RSNA News
Monthly grant recipient donors
Number of members who donate
Total amount of member donations
Dues donations trends
Assist with the work of the Fund Development Committee and its three Subcommittees, including maintaining committee membership rosters, committee descriptions and charges and coordinate conference calls, agendas and reference materials.
Assist with the coordination of activities, donor recognition and materials related to the R&E Foundation booth and Donor Suite at the RSNA annual meeting.
Manage mailing of donor ribbons to donors attending the RSNA annual meeting. Assist with special projects, including searching for special articles and reports.
Organize and maintain department files.
4 years administrative experience
Bachelors Degree preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management software
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-directed, and flexible functioning
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work occasional early morning, evening, or weekend hours as requested
