Reporting to the Assistant Director of Annual Giving the Call Center Manager is a critical member of the annual giving team. This position works collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Annual Giving to administer Virginia Tech's student calling program by supervising 80+ students during evening shifts. This position primarily oversees the shift management, recruitment, training and motivation for the student calling program.
Additionally, the Call Center Manager aids in the planning and analysis of channel strategies, sets and tracks performance goals, reports on campaign progress, and creates student caller training and evaluations practices or procedures.
The Call Center Manager will supervise student managers during calling shifts in the evening Monday through Thursday and every Sunday.
