This position works closely with the director to achieve fundraising goals and supports all aspects of philanthropic donor events through fundraising, stewardship, and recognition. Work includes: audience development and guest registration; responsible for all event production; procures and packages auction items; accountable for event communication through strong communication and writing skills; builds relationships with donors and helps sustains stewardship efforts.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years progressively responsible proven experience in a non-profit fund development setting.
Excellent verbal and written communications, customer service/donor relations, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills required.
Must be able to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred: Experience working with direct mail and/or telemarketing campaigns and/or special events, and a working knowledge of Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office are preferred.
