The Director of Resource Development will oversee all fundraising activities of the organization and lead the creation and execution of resource development plans, fundraising, and promotional events.
Externally, you will create and maintain strong relationships with our supporters. You will build and grow the profile and influence of the organization among relevant communities. Internally, you will develop the fundraising skills of staff, board, and volunteers. You will also work with the Community Relations Coordinator and media consultants to promote Mutual Housing California in the community and among funders. You will establish rapport with residents of various backgrounds with an eye to incorporate them into fundraising efforts
Compensation Range: $75,000-$85,000, DOE
