Working in collaboration with the VP for Development and others on the Foundation staff, you will be responsible for establishing and advancing the direction of the Annual Giving and Donor Relations programs. Duties also include directing an annual giving solicitation program to all donors and prospective donors and designing and implementing a comprehensive program to effectively cultivate prospects and steward donors for the Foundation.
At least five years of progressively successful fundraising experience in annual funds and donor relations.
Passion and creative energy for annual fundraising and donor relations.
Strong experience in development procedures and practices, including goal setting, work planning, volunteer training, and program evaluation.
Excellent computer skills, including database reporting, work processing and spreadsheets.
