Manages portfolio of foundation prospects and donors with primary focus on securing support from those capable of contributing $5,000 or more to MetroHealth. Develops long-term strategies for each assigned donor and prepares and presents well-conceived proposals and stewardship reports that are responsive to donor interests. Researches and writes grant proposals, and prepares stewardship reports. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
2-years of experience successfully securing support from a portfolio of donors or clients.
Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to find creative solutions and make good decisions based on experience and analysis.
Possesses a self-driven, adaptable, and goal-oriented demeanor.
Astute listener with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of staff, donors and volunteers.
Ability to project credibility and confidence to donors and peers.

Related fundraising and/or grant writing experience in a health care environment.
