Northern Arizona University seeks a dynamic Director of Donor Relations. This position will direct the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive and integrated stewardship and donor relations program that fosters a culture of appreciation, recognition, accountability and ongoing engagement of NAU’s donors, thereby strengthening philanthropic support of the University. This highly visible position interfaces with staff at all levels across the University, including the President, Provost, Vice President Development and Alumni Engagement, and other senior administrators’ offices, and requires excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment and a high level of professionalism. The Director will manage, at least, one full-time staff member and will report to the NAU Foundation Chief Financial Officer.

Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and five years of progressively responsible related experience, preferably in a development-related role in higher education, or any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.
