Required Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in prospect research and prospect management.
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience/expertise in working with statistical software and a demonstrated background in utilizing multiple screening strategies and methodologies, including data mining, segmentation and analytics, is required.

Additional Technical Requirements
- Possess a demonstrated understanding of prospect research; the fundraising process; and constituent management needs.
- Proven track record in conducting research and data mining/analysis to identify and determine financial capacity and propensity to give for Campaign/pipeline prospects.
Solid organizational skills: ability to prioritize work and manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong written, presentation, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to relate well to - and work closely and fairly with - individuals from diverse backgrounds and across business sectors (Data Services; front-line fundraisers). Must possess an empathetic communication style and a strong ability to communicate comfortably across these sectors.
- Utmost professionalism, discretion and judgement; sensitive to the protection of confidential information. Proactive observance and championing of the standards of the Prospect Development profession.
