Working with the Dean, Associate Dean for Advancement, and Advancement colleagues, the Director of Development will lead the College of Fine Arts major gift initiatives, helping to develop and coordinate strategy and execution plans for major prospects, in line with CFA and Carnegie Mellon vision and campaign initiatives.
This position is generally responsible for identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects with a rated capacity of $50,000 and greater and personally manages a portfolio of about 125 prospects. This person will oversee a set of major gifts goals and metrics. This position will also work closely with the School Heads.
Title commensurate with experience.
