Required: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of 6 years fundraising experience with a proven record of success in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding annual, special or major gifts from individuals, or equivalent experience practicing tax/estate related law; ability to travel (including overnight trips) approximately 50% of the time and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Desired: Law degree or CPA designation; formal education and/or training in charitable gift planning, estate planning, personal trust administration and charitable tax law; documented experience in managing projects and strategic planning; previous experience in fundraising campaign planning; leadership skills and management experience within a gift planning office at a non-profit organization.
