Annual Giving Officer
Western New England University seeks a development professional to join its Annual Giving Office. Reporting to the Associate Director of Annual Giving, the Annual Giving Office is a key member of the development team.
With more than 43,000 alumni and strong ties to its community, Western New England University is engaged in the challenging work of building on a successful advancement program with The Fund for Western New England being integral to the overall fundraising strategy. The Annual Giving Officer will have the responsibility of building relationships with constituents in order for them to consider becoming donors to the FUND.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a development program. Experience with effective annual fund, marketing and communications strategies, and cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors are a plus. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and managerial skills are essential. Higher education experience is preferable. Bachelor’s degree required. Travel is necessary.
