Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent are required. Minimum 7 years' related experience in higher education, client-focused wealth management, or other customer-service driven industry.
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and relationship management skills are required.
Strong writing, project management, verbal, and research skills are essential.
Diplomacy, creativity, sensitivity, sense of humor, openness to new ideas and detail orientation are essential. Customer-service orientation is essential.
Must be computer savvy and willing to learn and employ new technologies as required.
