Education Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Successful candidates must have demonstrated success in a gift planning development position with a minimum of five to seven years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked directly in a higher education environment. An excellent knowledge of laws, rules and regulations governing charitable estate planning is required. Candidates should have experience working with or advising high net-worth individuals. Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a team player are a must.
