KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Maintain oral and written contact with the Director of Development, Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, staff peers, and volunteers for the purpose of exchange of information and to coordinate activities.
Maintain oral and written contact with other donors, prospects and others for the purpose of exchanging information and ideas and for the purpose of fundraising.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
A minimum of five years’ work experience in relevant fund raising activities
Must be a self-motivated professional with a proven success record in major gift fundraising
Strong oral and written communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all types of people.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff, Board members, volunteers, community groups, and other related agencies.
Knowledge of accessing and utilizing donor data base
Ability to work effectively under the pressure of constant deadlines; requires excellent organizational skills, time management efficiency, and careful attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills.
