Overall campaign management and organization including pipelines, prospect tracking, strategy tracking, task assignment and maintenance of timelines
Researching and identifying prospects
Scheduling meetings, preparing talking points, assembling presentations, and full meeting preparation for Board members, campaign volunteers and Signature staff
Overseeing (with Development Assistant) acknowledgement of all campaign gifts and pledges and preparation of pledge payment reminders and pledge agreements
Working with the Director of Development in writing all campaign correspondence including solicitation proposals, meeting requests, and meeting follow up
Maintaining master campaign calendar to maximize cultivation events and keep campaign committee on track
Organizing and monitoring volunteer assignments and follow up, and assisting in all aspects volunteer support and solicitations
With the Database Coordinator and Deputy Director of Development, Individual Giving, establishes and maintains methodologies and procedures for moves management in the database, setting quality control standards and ensuring the efficient flow of information into and out of the database including research, reporting formats, gift processing procedures, database management standards and maintains stewardship and donor relations activities, setting quality control standards
Represents the Development department on internal matters and to external constituencies as needed
Maintains excellent relationships with Signature Theatre donors, colleagues, senior staff members, Capital Campaign Committee and Board of Directors
3-5 years of progressively responsible fundraising or related experience
Demonstrated ability to create and execute a complicated project management plan, including managing executive leadership and board task lists
Demonstrated ability to engage donors and volunteers successful
Excellent organization, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Track record of achieving progressively increasing revenue goals
Ability to handle multiple jobs in a demanding environment
Occasional evening and weekend work is required
