National Catholic organization seeks highly organized and creative manager to direct promotion, communications, and administration activities for multiple national print and digital campaigns.
Principal tasks include: implementation of stakeholder engagement plans; coordination of a brand campaign; management of individual collection campaigns; implementation of strategies to expand sources of revenue within organizational constraints; and management of two staff.
A master’s degree or combination of bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience is required together with 5-6 years of management experience as well as related experience in fund raising, communications, or marketing. Familiarity with Catholic Church structures, protocols, and practices is also necessary.
The USCCB is an assembly of the Catholic Church hierarchy who work together to unify, coordinate, promote, and carry on Catholic activities in the United States; to organize and conduct religious, charitable, and social welfare work at home and abroad; to aid in education; and to care for immigrants. The bishops themselves constitute the membership of the Conference and are served by a staff of over 350 lay people, priests, deacons, and religious.
