Albright College seeks an Assistant Vice President for Development. Successful candidates for this position will bring a balance of fundraising and organizational leadership experience as well as a demonstrated ability to enhance the promotion of and support for the mission of the College. A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible advancement/development experience in a higher education setting with four years at the Director level or equivalent is required, as is a Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred. Experience in leading fundraising programs focused on annual fund development, leadership gifts, planned giving, and corporate and foundation relations is desirable. Also important are strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the capacity to inspire a team of professionals to achieve success in pursuit of the mission of the College.
