Skills Canada Saskatchewan (SCS) strives to make careers in skilled trades and technologies a first choice career option for youth in the province. Executive Director
Reporting to the President of SCS’s board of directors, the Executive Director assumes responsibility for delivering the organization’s mandate on an annual basis. Key responsibilities include: • Developing strategic direction and annual business plan; • Ensuring financial stability of provincial office and programs; • Developing/maintaining relationships with public/private organizations and schools; • Managing the delivery of SCS programs; and • Representing and promoting SCS.
With your passion, vision and energetic commitment to the cause, you are ready, willing, and able to take SCS to the next level. Your experience fundraising and building strategic partnerships will ensure SCS grows, capitalizing on current opportunities and becoming the solution. Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary credential and experience working with boards and volunteers. SCS welcomes and encourages candidates that reflect the diversity of the communities it serves.
