Job Description
Family Health Center of Worcester seeks an experienced Grants Manager/Grant Writer to identify grant opportunities, manage interdisciplinary teams to develop proposals, lead grant writing efforts, and assure compliance with grant reporting requirements. The Grants Manager/Grant Writer also assists with fundraising events and marketing efforts as a member of the Development Team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Development & Advancement.

Requirements
• Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Communications, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required. • Minimum of 3 years grant writing experience, project management and/or grant review experience, or health-related business communications experience preferred. • Preferred candidate will have project management experience in a nonprofit environment, knowledge of needs assessment, logic models, and program development. • Excellent writing skills required. • Computer knowledge must include MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
